BBQ Chicken Power Bowl:

Step 1: Roast sweet potato at 425°F with olive oil spray for 20 minutes. Season chicken, then grill or pan-sear for 6–7 minutes per side. Brush with Protein BBQ Sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking, then let rest and slice.

Step 2: Warm black beans and corn in a small pan. Build each bowl with sweet potato, sliced chicken, black beans, corn, red cabbage, green onion, and cilantro.
