Introduction

Protein Fueled Food solves several problems that exist with food today. The main mission is to help adults and children achieve the recommended daily protein intake without relying on chalky, processed or sugar-filled protein bars and shakes.

The recommended intake for an average adult is generally based on weight, activity level, and overall health. As a rough guideline, the Dietary Reference Intake suggests a daily protein intake of 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight. For example, a sedentary adult weighing 70 kilograms would require approximately 56 grams of protein per day. Most adults and children are NOT getting the necessary intake of protein or the recommended daily dose of leafy green vegetables. This has led to aΒ deterioration of the overall health of the entire population.

The second issue we aim to solve is the use of plastic.Β Β We want to rid the salad lovers of plastic bottles by providing a reusable glass container for your dressing.

The 3rd issue is the overuse of preservatives, high levels of sodium and added sugars. Lastly, we are fightingΒ  boring old traditional flavors! We aim to make you crave veggies and salads and prepare them in a whole new way!

About our founder

Marta Grace is a Latina Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor, Broker, devoted wife, and nurturing mother of three. Prior to embarking on her entrepreneurial journey and establishing herself in the Real Estate Industry she dedicated herself as a nurse specializing in postpartum & labor and delivery care. Her experience as a mother encouraging healthy food choices for her family and her experience as a Registered Nurse fueled her dedication to advocating for instilling a profound appreciation for clean eating.

Her calling is rooted in ensuring accessibility and affordability of clean eating for the masses. This remains at the forefront of her mission.

Qualifications:

Marta Grace graduated from Graceland University in 2001 with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Most recently, she enriched her knowledge through participation in a prestigious scaling program with LBAN at Stanford School of Business.
