Sunny & Zesty Shrimp Quinoa Bowl
Step 1: Toss shrimp with garlic, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp of Sunny & Zesty Dressing. Marinate for 10 minutes, then sauté shrimp for 1.5–2 minutes per side until pink and curled.
Step 2: Divide quinoa into bowls and top with arugula. Add cherry tomatoes, olives, and shrimp over greens, then drizzle with remaining dressing and finish with crumbled feta.
